Who are we?
Performance Trampoline & DMT Academy is an elite trampoline club based in West Sussex, specifically Lancing and Worthing. The club was founded by Julie Belchamber whom is passionate and excited to share her knowledge and experience. Julie competed Trampoline Gymnastics since a young age to a national performance level, she is a Senior Club Coach with over 25 years coaching experience and can’t wait to welcome you to our club.
What do we offer?
We offer trampoline classes for club starters, and full training programs for competitive trampoline training and competitive double mini trampoline training, providing opportunities and support at competitions and events.
Competitions
Many different ages and abilities are able to enter competitions. CDP Competitions are held at local clubs, within Sussex. These competitions are for beginners or younger members who cannot yet enter the NDP. NDP competitions are held in Gillingham for ages 9-18, competitors need to be able to complete a somersault. National League and English Championships are held Nationally and are for ages 9+, these events have specific requirements. Additionally, an annual Sussex Champions competition takes place which includes both Trampoline and DMT.
