It is a competitive and recreational trampoline club based in Worthing and Lancing in West Sussex, offering opportunities to learn to trampoline in a safe, fun and effective environment. All our coaches are qualified with British Gymnastics, have Safeguarding and Child Protection training, first aid training and are DBS checked.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Our aim is to support all our gymnasts in accomplishing their own goals, whether they are building confidence and learning a somersault or to compete at a national level our coaches will support and encourage you to achieve your goals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Contact us at:<\/strong> Email- hello@performancetrampoline.co.uk or Phone\/Message- 07795805440<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What do we offer?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>We offer fun and engaging trampoline classes for all abilities, and full training programs for competitive trampoline double mini trampoline training. We also provide opportunities and support at competitions and events. <strong>For further information (types of class, times, venues) check our classes page<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Throughout the year there are opportunities to attend <strong>workshops and additional sessions<\/strong>. We also offer <strong>trampoline parties <\/strong>which apart from trampolining we will organise party games.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Competitions<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Throughout the year there are opportunities for members of all ages and levels to be participate in competitions. These range from club run competitions to the British Championships. <strong>We encourage all members to enter a club or county competition at least once, by having this experience members can decide whether competitions are for them or not<\/strong>.
